Central`s Blackbox

Okay, so for six hour or six period, we went down to the black box to watch a play. It was really cool. Especially when they were talking about social problems that we don't really notice. Anyways, the one that really got to me was when five guys went to a party. One had a girlfriend, and right before he was leaving, his girlfriend called. And he was like, "Yes babyy. I know you trust me..." and some other sweet stuff to his girlfriend. And then he was like, "I love you too." And all his friends made fun of him, mocking him all that other stuff. Then when they were at the party, another dude saw his girlfriend all up on this other guy. Then he kinda had this POINT OF VIEW phrase. He talked about how his mom wanted him to only find one girl to spend the rest of his life with; but then when he does, she goes off with some other guy. [ I thought that was just super super sad. ]

Anyways, back to the guy with the girlfriend. So yeah, he's this really popular, hot-looking, football player for the school. So he's at this party & this chick comes up to him and is all up on him. She gave him her number & told him to call her. Then she leaves, and he's all like, "Yeah, yeah Ima call her." Then his friend comes up and was like, "Dude? What are you going to do with this?" and the football player replies, "Call her." And the friend was like, "You just talked to your girlfriend earlier about this." And it just really got to me. Are guys always like this? I mean, do they always go out looking for chicks and calling up their numbers even when they have a girlfriend at home? Because in his POINT OF VIEW phrase, he mentions how much he loved his girlfriend, but he does this because he's the "POPULAR" guy in school.

I also read that even though guys go out flirting with other girls the whole day & making out and all that stuff, when they come home & go to bed, they only think of one special girl on their mind. Is this true? Or are they only saying it because they want to look good when their girlfriend confronts them about where the heck they been all night? LOL.

Anyways, I was watching it, and it wanted to make me cry. I thought about the time Tomnema was at the White Christmas Party & how all these girls wanted to get his number. I wonder what really happened; because to every story that is told, their is always a forgotten or made up part. That's why stories are so different. And like that guy said up there, "Yeah babyy, I know you trust me." Well, her trust was broken without her even knowing. Damn, that play just got me going crazy, I swear. LOL. It was sad & I would like to see the rest of it. Though sadly, this was their last showing. Damn it.
